What is a PPO plan?

PPO stands for “Preferred Provider Organization.” These plans allow the patient to choose which provider to see without having to first consult their insurance. PPO plans give patients the freedom to seek out providers in their network without first having to consult their insurance company.

How do PPO plans work?

With PPO, patients have the opportunity to choose which provider in that network to see for care. Services provided at in-network office will be covered at a higher level of benefits than those at an out-of-network office. Peachy Dental is the perfect place for patients with in-network PPO plans, as our rates will be more affordable than out-of-network providers. Also, as a courtesy to our patients, Peachy Dental is happy to submit claims to our patient’s insurance company, and patients will only pay the estimated portion at their visit. How long does dental financing approval take?

Most patients get approved in minutes and can start treatment the same day. Your care team will walk you through the process at your visit.

What is the Peachy Dental Savings Plan, and how does it compare to insurance?

The Peachy Dental Savings Plan* offers instant savings on care with no deductibles, claims or waiting periods. It’s a no-insurance alternative to insurance for only $125 per year.

Do dental financing plans cover emergency care?

Yes. Financing can help you get emergency dental care without delay, so you can get the care you need when you need it most.

Will applying for dental financing affect my credit score?

You can explore financing options with a soft credit check so there’s no impact to your score. Your care team can then guide you through the next steps if you decide dental financing is right for you.

What payment options does Peachy Dental accept?

Peachy Dental works with most insurance plans (Medicaid not accepted) and accepts cash, major credit cards, FSA/HSA cards and checks with valid ID. Peachy Dental also offers third-party payment options like CareCredit.

Why might Peachy Dental's price be lower than my insurance co-pay?

Peachy Dental offers transparent pricing so your out-of-pocket costs may be lower than your insurance co-pay, even after benefits are applied.
